Under new management since March 2009 Cherubini has undergone extensive renovation, and since the addition of the in-house coffee roaster, has been offering the Cherubini Premium House Blend.
Roasting the Rainforest Alliance Certified beans on the premises not only creates a wonderfully aromatic atmosphere, designed to stimulate the senses and tingle the taste buds, but also guarantees that only the very freshest beans are used to create every cup of our delicious coffee.

Love this place for its eggs benedict. staff are super friendly. really cute little cafe in Darlinhurst.

Beautifully roasted organic coffee is perfectly married with the fresh food, then dipped into the atmosphere of this local corner shop. David made it perfect with his attention to detail and friendly manner, 2 thumbs up for a Sunday brunch. :)

I came here on saturday for the first time. I must say those boys know what they're doing! Coffee was fantastic!! Breakfast was good too! Big thank you!

With their great personalities and pleasant service, David, Rob and Ricky make a very special and impressive coffee in the heart of Darlinghurst.
I have been there for many times, trained well for my own barista skills. David makes me even stronger belief to create the cafe to bring the real australian coffee culture back to China.

Cherubini's is my hideaway for Sunday mornings. It's amazing how quiet this little is spot is, although located on a main road. The atmosphere is very relaxed and they always have some really good music picks! Staff is always smiling and really friendly AND they care about their coffee!! Would recommend this cute little spot to everyone.

This is a very small but friendly cafe. most customers are regulars and it all seems very personal. internet connection is fast and food is good. coffee is delicious.
